Group Stretching and Yoga
Everyone probably knows this already but I have discovered that having your group participate in a group stretching session can really help them overcome the physical challenges of the next day. Below I have posted a routine of various stretches that helps clients with both their lower and upper body. Make sure that you hold your stretches for at least 30 seconds and that no one hurts themselves. People feels less pain and are less prone to injuries when they properly stretch.
Neck Rotation
Side Bends
Over arm stretch
Arm Behind the Back
Touch Your Toes
Stretch toward Right Foot
Stretch toward Left Foot
Butterfly Stretch
Flute Stretch
Partner Hamstring Pull
Neck Rotation
Side Bends
Over arm stretch
Arm Behind the Back

Stretch toward Left Foot
