Below are a list of trails and the absolute last turnaround points and the maximum time it should take to get there:

Hermit Trail - Waldron trail Junction (2 hours)
South Kaibab Trail - Cedar Ridge (2 hours)
North Kaibab - Supai Tunnel (2 hours)
Tanner Trail - 75 Mile Canyon Saddle (3 hours)
South Bass - Esplanade (2 hours) and above Bass Canyon (4 hours) (Entire Group must be hiked out)
North Bass –Muav Saddle/Roosevelt Cabin (2 hours)
Havasu Falls - Bottom of Switchbacks start of wash (2 hours) (try to get to Village)
Bright Angel - 1.5 mile rest house (2 hours)
Horseshoe Mesa – Coconino Saddle looking at the Sinking Ship (2 hours)

While these points are helpful it is best to identify as early as possible. Also it is important to identify General Red flags, below are some examples however are not limited to:
• Causing the group to move slower than 1 mph
• Repeated falling
• Shaky legs
• Extreme difficulty with pack
• Recently disclosed medical information
